You will work directly with one of our Managing Associates who will train you and mentor you through the entire sales process.
Your requirements should be that you are tenacious, very focused, persistent, resilient and have no problem making calls and setting appointments. If you believe that you have the ambition and drive to make things happen, we will train you in the rest of what you need to know.

Requirements
Along with a the desire to succeed, the following skills are desirable:
The ideal candidate for this position needs to be a big picture, goal oriented person that also possesses natural charisma and enthusiasm. You should also love working with a strong sense of urgency getting things done and bore easily with routine and repetitive tasks. Lastly, you should be able to be a crisp analytical problem solver to provide solutions to clients.
Bachelor's degree desired (not required for candidates with more than 5 years of sales experience)
Must be willing to obtain Life and Health insurance license for the state of Kansas/Missouri, as well as FINRA 6 or 7 and 63 or 66 licenses.
Preferred Experience
Prior sales experience
Prior Business Owner/Entrepreneur
Other Qualifications:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction as to duration and pass any applicable pre-employment tests.
