Description Department: Home Care

Performs nursing care in patient's home to administer treatments, complete all appropriate documentation, supervise home health aides, carry a beeper for on-call rotation, teach patient and caregiver, complete/modify care plan/CMI, track and document patient's progress toward stated goals, adhere to state, federal and hospital regulations, policies and procedures. Demonstrated proficient management of complex infusion therapy patients including the use of a variety of central lines.

Requirements Education: Associates required, BSN preferred
Experience: Recent Home Care experience preferred, 1 year Medical/Surgical experience required, IV skills preferred.
License: RI and MA license required
Special Qualifications: Access to reliable transportation, criminal background check, ability to lift 40 lbs and climb stairs required.
