Job Description 

Service residential, industrial, and commercial air conditioning units

  1. install insulating materials
  2. determine material or tool requirements
  3. move or lift heavy objects
  4. obtain information from clients, customers, or patients
  5. understand technical operating, service or repair manuals
  6. use knowledge of metric system
  7. use oral or written communication techniques
  8. determine project methods and procedures
  9. test mechanical products or equipment
  10. understand detailed electronic design specifications
  11. conduct performance testing
  12. adhere to safety procedures
  13. conduct tests to locate mechanical system malfunction
  14. repair or replace malfunctioning or worn mechanical components
  15. understand service or repair manuals
  16. analyze operation of malfunctioning electrical or electronic equipment
  17. install electrical conduit or tubing
  18. install electrical fixtures or components
  19. install electronic equipment, components, or systems
  20. install/connect electrical equipment to power circuit
  21. repair or replace electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, or equipment
  22. test electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, systems or fixtures
  23. test electronic or electrical circuit connections
  24. control HVAC equipment
  25. repair refrigeration or HVAC equipment
  26. use knowledge of ventilation systems
  27. assemble, dismantle, or reassemble equipment or machinery

Job Requirements 

Be able to troubleshoot
Have 5 to 10 years of experience working on residential units
Have light Industrial exprience
Be familiar with 4 phase hook up
Be familiar with 5 ton and up units
Have own tools
Pass drug screen
Pass background screen
