Description We are looking for 2-3 Recruiter/Sourcing Specialists to help our Healthcare team find clinicians throughout the United States. This position involves heavy cold calling from several lists and databases. Our team consists of Account Managers and Recruiters, working together to match talent to our client's open positions. Our client's openings include: Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Nursing, PTA's, COTA's, Speech Language Pathologists, Directors of Rehab and all types of Management positions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone that is interested in a role involving lots of cold-calling. If you have an inside sales background or are not afraid to pick up the phone, then you should submit your resume. Our interview process involves a phone interview and 2 live interviews.

We have a friendly environment that is team and family oriented. Our comp plan is heavily commission based. We offer a minimal draw (will fluctuate based on production), plus commission. You should earn at least 75K+ your first year.
