Phone Agent CSR / Customer Service / EVENINGS

 Who We Are:  We are a busy, INBOUND call center in Newport News, VA. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our call center does NOT do telemarketing.  We provide customer service phone support and dispatching for both our commercial & medical clients.

3:30pm - 11:30pm        Tuesday to Saturday  $ 10.25 per hour 

 

4pm -12 midnight         Sunday to Thursday    $10.75 per hour

Please Note.  If you work Tuesday to Saturday, you would be considered a "Saturday" person and if you work Sunday to Thursday, you would be considered a "Sunday" person.

PartTime  Positions Available :

Sat and/or Sun mornings 7am-3pm

Friday  3pm - 11pm

 

Please NOTE:  We are open 7 days a week, and we stagger our days either Sunday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Saturday.  Everyone works either a Sunday or a Saturday.

You have the security of knowing these are permanent positions.

EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY, but both a friendly, clear speaking voice and excellent spelling skills are required. Retail, restaurant or hospitality background okay.
