- Proactive monitoring of the health and status of the production network elements to include, but not limited to, wireless base stations and terminal units, wireless back haul, wire line transport, routers, managed switches, Linux based servers, and facilities monitoring
- Good Understanding of IP networking, and troubleshooting
- Create, log troubleshooting notes, and close network trouble tickets
- Maintain outage notifications logs and follow documented escalation procedures where appropriate
- Assist field personnel in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Support commissioning and acceptance of new network elements

- Provide support to distributed customer care workforce
