Electronics Technician

Description of Electronics Technician:

Job Duties:


  • Performs assembly of PCBAs and subsystems according to CAD/CAM documentation, including difficult soldering/de-soldering and potting
  • Performs calibration and electrical testing and debugging of subsystems (PCBAs, sensors, etc.) according to documentation or instructions
  • Provides feedback on design or operation and descriptions of problems


Job Requirements

Electronics Technician

Requirements of Electronics Technician:

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Associates Degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years professional experience in electronics construction and testing
  • Proven ability to do quality soldering of high lead count SMT parts
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Previous CAD/CAM experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
