District Sales Manager:
We are looking for a talented District Sales Manager that is ready to take their skills and experience to the next level. This is an exciting and rewarding position with an uncapped commission structure, selling for a Fortune 100 company. We are currently seeking an outgoing, confident, driven, savvy, and financially motivated individual. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and motivating a field sales team in a B2B sales environment, specifically focused on stand-alone medical practices.
As District Manager you will be responsible and accountable for a B2B sales team representing a leading blue chip company in the financial services industry. You will work closely with a team of medical field sales representatives through “hands-on" personal coaching, developing and implementing sales incentive programs to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals. Base salary, health benefits, and uncapped commissions for sales made in your territory.
Your objective will be to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals with the help of sales team and colleagues.
This position offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, individual performance bonuses, and national sales competitions. Base salary is $75k and 1st year earnings are likely to be $100k+. This is a huge opportunity with huge financial possibilities.
Unlimited earning potential – 1st year earnings likely to be $100k+
Duties include:
- Assist with recruiting and training of sales team
- Day-to-Day management of sales representatives
- Extensive field work with individual team members
- Perform ongoing training of products and sales techniques
- Develop and implement field sales action & incentive plans
- Analyze sales and market trends to customize sales strategy and maximize team effectiveness
- Achieve or exceed team/market sales goals
- Provide daily/weekly status reports and rep performance evaluations
- Travel up to 50%
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation and written skills
- Must have experience managing a sales team virtually
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of 8 to 15 sales reps
- Experience with MS Excel/Word required
- Comfort and familiarity with Web-based reporting
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience selling to the medical industry
- Experience working autonomously with excellent time management skills
- College degree and minimum 5 years of B2B Sales Management experience preferred
