Bakers Square, a leader in family dining, is currently seeking Assistant Manager and Fast-Track General Managers for Milwaukee, WI.  We have management opportunities at the following locations:

Requirements for the Assistant Manager Position:

• Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of current restaurant management experience in QSR, fast casual, family or casual dining
• The ability to build a successful team
• Possess a “hands on" management style
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem solving skills
• Should show positive salary/career progression in previous work history
• Salary range for this position:  $32K - $38.5K/year
• Must be able to pass a background check to be hired.

Requirements for the Fast-Track General Manager Position:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience with at least 2 years as GM

• Managers must be able to pass a background check to be hired.
