Description PORTER / LOT ATTENDANT

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Transporting service customers to and from their home or office.
Working with Service Team to keep service drive clear.
Take care of all car pick-up calls from Cashier and Service Advisors.
Keep Service lot organized daily, according to Management direction.

Requirements Skills / Experience

Understanding of basic customer service
Attributes
- Ability to work cooperatively with service technicians and other service and parts personnel
- Ability to listen to customers and respond to needs and wants.
Education
- High school or equivalent
Must have good driving record and valid license.
