Large mortgage company is searching for a loan Processor

 

Title: Loan Processor – 29238001 – Sycamore, IL

 

Pay: $15 to 18/hr

Duration of Position: open ended contract position

 

Job Description:

 

FNMA and FHLMC conforming loan processing

Handle 45 files a month

Reviewing appraisals

Utilizing Metavante software

 

Location: Sycamore, IL Zip: 60178

Job Requirements

Location Requirement: Must be able to work on site at the Sycamore, IL location full time

 

Work Schedule Requirements: It is required that you are able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm


Work Experience Requirement:

2+ year of recent (recent means within the last 10 months) experience processing mortgage loans

We are not considering anyone unless they have recently been a loan processor who processed FNMA and FHLMC conforming loans
