Commercial CSR/Agency Producer
Our Agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Commercial Customer Service Representative to our team. This is a full time position.
For this position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the agency and implementing marketing programs to meet both the short term and long term goals of the agency.
The Duties Include:
-Work directly with agency staff to establish agency efficiency
-Understand, maintain and implement all agency procedures
-Assists in managing weekly marketing systems
-Maintains personnel files and records
-Licensed and proficient in writing in all lines of business
-Oversees all agency marketing, customer service and profit issues
Requirements
