Crossroads Care Center, a skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking Registered Nurses - RNs or Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs.  An experienced nurse is a plus!  The ideal Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse must be a hands-on individual.

Registered Nurse - RN/LPN - Job Duties:

• RN/LPN assists physicians in treatment of residents
• All Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for the supervision of CNAs
• Each RN/LPN is responible for precise documentation of all services provided
• Nurses must keep families informed
• The RN/LPN must also represent our facility to the community

Registered Nurses - RN/LPN - Requirements

• Must be a licensed registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse.
