Summary – New Customer Relations (NCR) Representative:
Work with the Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, referral sources and retail customers in order to initiate the process for submitting prospective customers. This includes providing support for referrals and/or patient retail calls from states that are handled from within UroMed by Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities - New Customer Relations (NCR) Representative:
- Support Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives in order to effectively work toward sales and company goals.
- Contact prospective and past customers in order to gather information to further facilitate sales of company products and services.
- Develop and maintain solid inner-office rapport with referrals from each territory. Display professionalism when working with those referrals and customers, relaying a sense of confidence to outside contacts regarding the company’s ability to provide quality service.
- Maintain proper follow up with prospect leads generated through Field Sales referrals, Inside Sales referrals, incoming calls, live chat contact, and inactive customer files.
- Generate sample requests accordingly and as indicated per sample policy and/or per referral account preference as approved by V.P. of Sales / NCR Manager.
- Apply technical knowledge of company products and services to best meet customer needs.
- Maintain appropriate records, scanning physician referral forms and/or any other paperwork received for prospective accounts into MedForce program.
- Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in Saleslogix program.
- Communicate with Documentation Department accordingly – providing all information required for the Intake Process.
- Understand and support company policies and procedures in order to provide proper and effective service to all customers.
- Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Notify management of problems, especially those unresolved, offering suggestions for improvement in hopes to prevent future incident.
- Attend product in-service training when available in order to maintain and gain further knowledge of products and services provided by the company.
- Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
