Director of Property Management

Continental Properties Company, Inc. is a dynamic, and diverse national real estate development company headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Continental develops and manages retail, multifamily, and hospitality projects across the country.

We're looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as the Director of Property Management to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities from an office based in Huntsville, AL.

What you'll do:

• Take responsibility for the oversight and performance of an assigned portfolio of apartment communities.
• Mentor, coach, supervise, and develop multiple property managers and property staff.
• Create and maintain a culture that is customer focused and emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, hard work, and a high level of ethics and integrity.
• Direct the tactical execution and communication of the company’s strategic direction.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two or more years of related supervisory and property management experience.
• Prefer a four-year degree in real estate, education, or business.
• Prefer a track record of increasingly responsible positions within the apartment industry and designation as a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS).
• Ability to read, write, and interpret property and company financial operating statements.
• High degree of business acumen, strong problem solving skills, a high action orientation and drive for results.
