The Judson Group, a leader in the executive search market for banking and financial professionals, is currently working with a valued banking client in the Chicago, Illinois market.  Our client is a top bank in the Chicago area, poised for growth in the middle market space.  This bank currently has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Officer / Relationship Manager, with an emphasis on C&I Loans. 

As a Business Development Relationship Manager, you would be responsible for building and managing a middle market C&I portfolio.  Strong business development skills and cross-sales abilities are key to your success.  This is one of the few banks in the market that is growing in the Chicago market.  

 *  Minimum of 5+ years of specific Middle Market C&I experience within a bank or related financial services organization

*   Strong experience / knowledge of Credit, Treasury Management Services, C&I with a portfolio of credits ranging from $50-500 million, and all other appropriate lines of business.

Compensation:

$110-$130,000, dependent upon experience. This bank does provide top-level base compensation and industry-leading benefits. Further, this bank has a strong belief in promoting from within, so rapid career advancement is a strong possibility for the motivated candidate.


Location: Chicago, Illinois - multiple positions, can be based from one of many Metro or Suburban locations.  No relocation offered.
