Customer Service for Seasonal Holiday help in Corte Madera!!! 

Customer Service Representative needed for Holiday help assignment for one month contract!!!!

$11.00 an hour

Must have open availability (Monday – Sunday)

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Oral Communication
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Sales Experience

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • NO VACATION TIME WILL BE ALLOWED BETWEEN START AND END DATES  Greet Customers  Floor coordination & Triage o Direct Customers:
  • Sales, Support, Accessory need, Other o Capture Needs on Readiness Checklist
  • Capture customer name, etc if there is a wait to Set expectations about wait time, process, etc
  • Assist in directing traffic to appropriate areas to get or wait for service
  • Suggest areas to experience
  • Must be articulate  Must be personable
