Start Recruiting and Training’s objective is to find and place well trained and motivated candidates with top auto dealers in the Indianapolis area. Cadidates, will go through two interviews and if selected be placed in training. This is a serious offer for a great oppurtunity to make exactly what your worth! 
 
We are looking for:

People with some college (preferred, but not necessary)

START Training will teach the candidates the 10 steps to successful selling, along with the “why" behind each step. Candidates will learn from professionals with 50 years combined experience in the automobile industry. Once candidates successfully complete training, candidates will be presented to area auto dealers for employment consideration.

Requirements:
Honest and Ethical
Drivers License
Show up to work with a good attitude and ready to sell
Assist customer with all aspects of purchasing a vehicle
Prospecting
Represent yourself and your company as a professional
