Our goal at Ashley Furniture HomeStores is for no Sales Team Member to earn less than $15-$19 per hour. In an effort to bring our Sales Team Member closer to their goal, our next training class will embark on a revolutionary new sales training system designed to help our Sales Associates earn the income they desire.

Requirements

Possess strong interpersonal skills

Have an energetic personality

Team player who is able to work independently

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Professional candidates should be computer literate and have an interest in interior design

Have a strong desire to benefit from ongoing training

Ability to "build" a sale through a continued use of learned selling skills

Willingness to work some evening and saturday and sunday hours

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possess a high commitment level to helping and servicing people.
