Customer Care Representative Position:

Whether you have been in the travel industry already, or you
are excited about beginning a career in travel, we have a FUN
contact center position for you! Our Customer Care Representative position
offers a consistent, competitive hourly wage of $11/hour. Working
in our Virginia Beach contact center, you will help fulfill our customer’s
vacation dreams. If you enjoy learning about travel destinations,

Primary Function:

Achieve performance goals consistently and in accordance to
WTH quality standards when booking incoming calls from company
supplied leads in a polite, professional and knowledgeable manner.
Work in a team environment and maintain a professional, high-spirited
attitude.


What does my day look like?

• Handle 3 - 4 inbound calls per hour from clients wanting
to book cruise vacations.

• Follow Customer Care call scripting reflecting our
Customer Connection sales methodology.

• Book and confirm vacation reservations in our proprietary
reservation system and/or with the appropriate travel supplier.

• Ensure reservations are accurate and completed in a
timely manner.

• Attend team meetings and/or training sessions as needed.

What skills or experience should I possess to be successful
in this role?


• Must be able to work a flexible, full time schedule of 35-45 hours per week between the hours of 9:00AM ET and 1:00AM ET, including possible evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day.

• High school Diploma or Equivalent plus 2-3 years working
experience including at least 6 months of customer service or
sales experience

• Great communication skills

• Ability to type 25-30 words per minute and familiarity
with Microsoft Office, Internet searching and other software
programs

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, organization skills,
dependability and be highly skilled in customer service

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere
to scheduling and call volume requirements

• Be a team player with the ability to thrive in a fun
environment

• Willing to learn new product information and seize opportunities
to expand your knowledge of the travel industry

• Successful completion of a background check required
