As customer demand for additional insurance services increased, the Fire Insurance Exchange and Truck Insurance Exchange were established for home and commercial insurance needs. Farmers Agency Managers have three basic responsibilities:

 

  • Market Farmers Insurance products
  • Market Farmers Financial Services
  • Service new and existing policyholders Rewards of being a Farmers Agency Manager:
  • Top 2500 Farmers Agency Managers earned an average of over $500,000 in 2002
  • Top 500 Farmers Agency Managers earned an average of over $1,000,000 in 2002
  • First year realistic earnings of a new Agency Manager; $45,000 - $75,000

  • Requirements
  • Good credit history - No chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. No chapter 7 bankruptcies within the last three (3) years.
  • Good driving record - No DUI's in the last three (3) yrs.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Sales experience preferred,but not required.
