A Civil Engineering company located in the Houston is seeking a Project Manager- Lead Roadway Design Engineer to add to their team.
To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have Texas P.E. with 15+ years civil design experience , roadway design experience, TXDOT experience.
In this position you will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules and deliverables, and have ability to undertake the technical work associated with a highway design and carry the project through to final plans. Candidate will assist in marketing pursuits including client meetings and proposal input. Will lead, manage and mentor junior engineers, develop plans, specifications and provide reports. Will also confirm tasks are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practice. Ideal candidate will have familiarity with TxDOT standards and procedures and strong working relationships with TxDOT, HCTRA and other transportation entities.
