Registered Nurse Clinical Liaison for hospice sales team

Qualified candidate will generate patient admissions, from hospital based referral sources, promote growth of admissions and take responsibility for meeting admission goals on a weekly basis. Establish and maintain significant professional relationships with key physicians and hospital personnel. Work closely with Community Education Representatives to meet growth and development targets and actively establish and maintain market acceptance and allegiance. Explain Company's services to patients and families in a manner that results in the admission of appropriate patients. Interact with patients, families, and referral sources. Oversee pending patients (referrals) and routinely follow the progress of prospective patients.

Company's Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree and C.H.P.N. certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years general nursing required with current hospice, home health, medical, surgical or critical care experience preferred.
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
