Professional, Successful Business Development Manager (Outside Sales) Needed for Expanding Ventura County Territory!

 

This rapidly expanding Ventura County based company (Oxnard Office) is recruiting for a team player to join one of the FASTEST GROWING Staffing Services companies in the industry. If you have experience in business-to-business sales, or a strong aptitude for sales, we want to talk to you!

 

This position is perfect for a business development specialist who is a "hunter" in their approach to developing new accounts and understands the importance of building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

 


Job Requirements 

You could be the right fit if you:

·         Have experience in cold calls, establishing appointments by phone and closing sales

·         Have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years experience and a proven track record in professional sales. 

·         Feel a strong desire to help others

·         Enjoy a fast-paced competitive environment

·         Are detail-oriented and a quick decision maker

·         Are good at multi-tasking

·         Have a fun-loving attitude

·         Have strong computer skills

·         Have a Bachelors degree in business or related field (MBA a plus)


A qualified candidate will be responsible for:

·         New account acquisition and account management

·         Identifying and closing prospective clients

·         Maintaining focus on accomplishing desired results

·         Conducting presentations and some public speaking

·         Participation in networking events
