  • Works with systems reporting and financial spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Works with Practice management on Provider Compensation reporting
  • Coordinates, gathers, and analyzes data in a consistent format and with efficient utilization of resources to achieve the desired product
  • Seeks knowledge of basic reimbursement information as it relates to individual projects
  • Coordinates, gathers, and analyzes budget information in a consistent format and with efficient utilization of resources to achieve the desired product
  • Coordinates, gathers, and analyzes forecasting information in a consistent format and with efficient utilization of resources to achieve the desired product
  • Prepares and coordinates all documentation as required by all regulatory agencies (i.e., Federal, State and Local Governments
  • Maintains accurate and easily retrievable paper, computer, and imaged files
  • Assumes a proactive leadership position in the department related to all technical accounting aspects for the enterprise; effectively coordinates and delegates activities of the department as assistant
  • Majority of work load is focused on creating reports and spreadsheets
  •  

     


    job Requirements

  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, and business administration at a level typically acquired by completion of bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of PC and Financial software application is desirable
  • Financial month end experience is desirable
  • Experience in a Healthcare setting strongly preferred
