What is required for this position:
3+ years as a General Manager at a Hotel or similar industry
Able to live-on the property (not all positions require to live on-site)
Network with the local business community to make our facility the hotel of choice when they have guests coming to town
Seek out new business and generate sales that are currently going to our competition
Build a staff that is vested in the success and protection of our hotel
Hands on experience able to train and mentor a diverse workforce.
Strong Customer Service background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
