Manufacturing company near Richmond, KY in need of Executive Recruiter. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 -3 years recruiting and placing executive level candidates. Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required. Strong internet research skills required, excellent communication skills, stable work history, clean background check required, team player and good presentation skills.
Will initially be a contract position but opportunity for right candidate to become permanent employee.
