Our collectors are responsible for the collection of small to large accounts, and complex collections 61 days or more past due.   Ideal candidates will have:

·        One plus years related experience working with a large number of accounts

·        Dialer experience required

·        Windows and PC literate

·        Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in several systems

·        Strong negotiation and excellent customer service skills

·        Good interpersonal skills

·        Basic problem solving skills

·        Hours are Monday – Friday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, varying weekend hours
