Job Description 

Our Bucks County client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve in a supportive role to the Sales department & sales manager. Main responsibilities include assisting customers with orders and order follow-up; administrative support to the sales manager and field sales personnel, preparing customer mailings. Experience in the horticulture field a plus! 

Candidate must be customer-service oriented with a strong personality and demonstrated ability to interact with clients and customers.

Temp-perm opportunity for the right candidate! Full-time, M-F 1st shift, $10-11/hr
 


Job Requirements 

Additional responsibilities include:

-Answering inbound phones in a friendly, relationship-building manner

-Entering orders from phone calls and mail.
