Exciting News! Freedom Therapy has teamed up with our outstanding highly reputable therapy team. Their goal is to develop and manage rehabilitation programs for the Members/Patients we serve.
The following full-time opportunities are available:
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST & PHYSICAL THERAPIST - SNF experience preferred and a NYS Therapy licensure required.
THERAPY COORDINATOR - be a key member to lead the therapy team. Occupational Therapist & Physical Therapist with SNF experience and some managerial experience are encouraged to apply. NYS Therapy licensure required.
