Description Boardwalk Volkswagen is a fast growing dealership and is looking for experienced Automotive Service Advisor who have a drive to meet their goals while maintaining the highest commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements Primary Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:

  • Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
  • Understanding customers’ requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
  • Make the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keep customer informed and update during the service of their vehicle.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required
  • Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements for an Automotive Service Advisor:

  • Advisor experience is a must

  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience

  • Strong desire to succeed with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer’s  expectations and achieve your goals.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  •  Must be able to pass a MVR, drug and criminal background check prior to start
