A national consumer finance company is currently seeking bright, energetic, self-motivated, professional
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to work in our
BEAUFORT, SC location. Individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist customers through loan process, making outbound collection calls to the past due accounts, provide administrative support, assisting customers with payments, refinances, payoffs and other loan questions/concerns they may have. Individuals must be willing and able to work independently with little supervision.
Office hours are M-F 10AM-6PM, and SAT. 9AM-2PM. We offer competitive salaries, great benefits, paid holidays and vacation time, on-the-job training and great office hours

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle heavy phone traffic
Daily communications with customers regarding their accounts
Strong communication and organizational skills
Computer and data entry knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact with all levels of customers, employees, and management.
Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment
Prior collections experience a plus but not required
Prior cash-handling experience a plus but not required
