Senior Financial Analyst
Our client, a large, profitable & growing company expanding at a very fast pace both domestically and internationally seeks a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis. The company supports tens of thousands of customers worldwide and is consumer focused; they have a large market share and continue to dominate their niche. Seeking highly motivated applicants with strong corporate planning and budgeting experience. Must have strong financial modeling experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Critical review, analysis and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts from various operating divisions as well as monthly operating results. Monitor timeliness and completeness of data submitted
• Work with Finance Director in understanding how to analyze variances and on other questions pertaining to budgeting and forecasting for corporate and subsidiaries
• Maintain budget and forecast database within the applicable financial reporting system
• Assist in preparing written commentary for Executive Management of monthly operating results, and forecasts / budgets
• Assist in analyzing potential acquisitions
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and financial models
• Recommend cost containment strategies and efficiencies
• Instrumental in the creation of an annual company budget and subsequent rolling forecasts for the entire P&L.
• Responsible for the coordination of weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual performance as. plan & various forecasts for distribution to senior management.

Requirements
Qualifications will include the following:
•Bachelors degree in Finance, MBA or CPA A+
•5 years or more of progressive financial experience in a growing business with previous work in financial analysis including working at a Corporate level
•Extensive financial planning and analysis skills required including corporate budgeting and forecasting.
•Must have strong financial systems skills in Excel and be able to create models from scratch.
•Excellent written and verbal skills required
•Excellent coaching / team building skills
•Strong interpersonal skills required
•Ability to provide strategic direction for business units
