Job Description 


A well known Western New York based medical practice is seeking an Office Manager to manage the daily operations of their two locations.  This is a perfect opportunity for a forward thinking manager to make an immediate and lasting impact with a fast growing healthcare organization. 

 

The Office Manager must have the skills to assist in opening a new practice location and be able to manage multiple sites with multiple physicians.  Candidates will be measured by educational achievement, professional accomplishments, personal qualities and cultural fit. 

 





 

Job Requirements 

Successful candidates must possess:



●5 years experience in a medical practice office setting with a minimum of 2 years in medical practice office management

●A Bachelor’s degree in business or a health related profession

●Strong planning, problem solving, organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

●Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
