Phlebotomy Technician - CPT1 - Full and Part time

Experienced Phlebotomists needed immediately for local patient service centers.  Part-time positions with hours 7:30AM-12:30PM Mon-Fri.    Full-time positions are 8-5 Mon-Fri.  Must have excellent venipuncture technique along with thorough tube knowledge and a understanding of the order of draw.  Preference given to individuals with:

• Pediatics to Geriatrics experience
• Previous high volume drawing experience (as many as 50 draws a day) such as employment with a reference laboratory or hospital as a Phlebotomist where patients are drawn back-to-back during the entire shift
• Bilingual skills
• High level of confidence in skills

• California Phlebotomy Certification required CPT-1
• A minimum of 1 year paid working Phlebotomy experience required
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Customer service attitude
• Thorough tube knowledge
• Complete understanding of the order of the draw
• Excellent venipuncture technique
• The ability to successfully draw the hardest of patients
• Ability to draw patient after patient with no re-sticks
• Data entry ability
