The purpose of a Kwik Trip retail co-worker is to support the efforts of the Store Leader in maintaining a quality service experience for our customers in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc. Provide superior customer service greeting and thanking each customer for their business and processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability.
Requirements

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and/or co-workers to exchange information or handle transactions, answer questions, greet customers and perform other activities with ordinary courtesy and tact.
- The ability to read, understand, and provide instructions and make relatively straight forward comparisons between numbers and letters.
- Ability to set priorities, organize my work, and exercise judgment in establishing schedules or procedures to accomplish results needed
