Description Client is a leading manufacturer of grocery food products distributed through a variety of retail channels throughout the US.  They offer a complete benefit package including 401(k) and a company car allowance.  Job responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage broker relationships with senior-level managers and broker support teams

    Responsible for P&L management

  •  Prepare and deliver account presentations utilizing data including Retail Link, Nielsen and Spectra

  • Make headquarter calls to identify new business opportunities

  • Develop sales plan supporting corporate planning and budgeting process

  • Achieve dollar volume, profitability, P&L contribution and related performance

objectives

  • Identify competitive threats
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet growth objectives
  • Repsonsible for achieving share growth objectives for account(s)
Requirements The following qualifications must be met to be considered for the position:

 

  • BS/BA

  • 7-10 years related CPG sales experience

  • 3-5 years Wal-Mart sales experience

  • Headquarter sales and broker management experience required

  • Strong skills in: Retail Link, Nielsen,

  • SAP Business Warehouse experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license
