Expanding Latino Movie Theater chain is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) full time General Manager. Willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and who is a demonstrated team player.

Requirements Qualities or Characteristics:

• High level of integrity and honesty
• Strong cash management capabilities / bank deposit management
• Computer literate – MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Available to work nights and weekends during busy hours of operation
• Retail management experience (5-10 years)
• Time management and delegation skills
• Ability to create community partners for local promotions and campaigns
• Ability to manage vendor accounts and relationships
• Strict inventory management and control
• Capable of managing staff of up to 30 with absolute respect and care for all employees
• Capable of managing all daily and weekly reporting
• Capable of executing local market ongoing Grassroots campaigns and initiatives.
• Responsible for event planning, coordination, execution at all levels
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Set a high standard and lead by example / Being a leader at all times

Total estimated cash compensation including bonuses : $45,000 - $50,000

Rango de compensación total: $45,000 - $50,000
