Description Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients.  We are currently looking for 20+ Claims Examiners to join our team in Davenport, Iowa.

Job Responsibilities:

 

The role of Customer Service Representative provides operational support for activities associated with answering inbound customer service calls to include: 1)  Data entry  2) Properly adjudicate claims based on knowledge of covered benefits, insurance and provider contracts  3)  Identify and resolve issues surrounding pended claims according to established procedures.

 

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service in call center environment. 
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry  
  • Knowledge of  medical  terminology.
 

Minimum Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma

Requirements Qualified candidates must have a
  • minimum of 1 YEAR experience in a healtcare environment,
  • managed care company
  • call center or TPA environment.
  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPC and
  • ICD-9 codes and Medical Terminology is preferred
