The ideal candidates must have a min of 2 years hotel/motel, restaurant, fast food or service industry supervisory/management exp. w/ demonstrated P&L skills &/or hospitality degree. Excellent staff development & customer service skills along w/ proven quality control records are essential. Must be willing to relocate & live on site (typically a one-bedroom apt).
