Requirements This position includes the implementation and logistics of GLA Safflower production and future products developed by Arcadia. The ideal candidate should have a BS in the areas of Plant Science, Ag Economics, Horticulture or an experienced background in farming and farm products. Experience with plant breeding, crop research, or logistics is helpful but not required. The candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, a team player, and be able to work independently and possess a strong work ethic. The position is based in southeast Idaho and requires approximately 40% travel, work outside of normal business hours (including some holidays and weekends).
