Personal Banker - English /Spanish Bilingual
Responsibilities:
Sells retail banking products and services for all branch customers. Opens new deposit relationships, obtaining all required documentation. Promotes cross selling of retail products by soliciting existing and prospective customers. Provides outstanding customer service while responding to daily customer inquiries.
Duties:
1. Assists Banking Center Manager in achieving annual retail banking sales goals, while meeting individual sales objectives.
2. Opens new deposit relationships, obtaining all required documentation.
3. Cross-sells or refers all bank related products and services, including loans and investments.
4. Responsible for all aspects of consumer direct and home equity related products, to include detailed benefit description, application acceptance and processing, as well as closing.
5. Responsible for profiling new and existing client relationships.
6. Contacts existing customers on a regular basis to cross sell all bank products and services.
7. Refers existing and prospective customers to other banking sales personnel and/or specialists to cross sell relationship and specialty bank products.
8. Maintains daily records of products sold and other management reports as required.
9. Assists customers with setting up and accessing safe deposit boxes in accordance with safe box procedures.
10. Ensures all account and loan documentation meets consumer lending regulations, laws and policies.
