We are looking to add specific Healthcare / Hospital / EMR / HIS IT Account Managers who have top 20% results with sales/ recruiting for staff augmentation, direct hire, and search. It is important they are professionally committed to this industry, have a strong book of contacts, have 5 or more years of successful IT staffing experience and want a six digit earnings potential. Successful IT sales / recruiting experience with: UHC United Healthcare, Sigma, Catholic Health Systems, Cardinal Healthcare, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna Insurance, Baxter Healthcare, Apria Healthcare, WellPoint/Anthem, EMR/HIS systems such as Meditech, McKesson, Cerner, Epic, Eclypsis,Allscripts or the like is required.

The Position:
We are looking for a top 20% producer with IT consulting and placement experience with Healthcare clients on a contract, direct hire or search basis. Sales and recruiting experience for Healthcare IT is required.
Requirements
- Experience in EMR / HIS systems such as: MediTech, McKesson, Cerner, Epic, Eclipsys Allscripts or the like.
- Experience in Healthcare IT business development and recruiting
- Ability to multitask and follow through on projects through the full life cycle process
- An understanding of both the client or candidate sides of the placement process is essential.
- Recent successful IT sales or recruiting experience with Healthcare clients through staff augmentation or consulting.
- Experience with professional trade organizations and/or user groups are a plus!
- Business savvy
- Team player and leadership skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
