UTILIZATION REVIEW CARE MANAGER (REQ #309)
Primary job responsibilities include Mental Health/Substance Abuse Utilization Management for Adults and Children as needed. Responsible for understanding the Behavioral Health Services Delivery System and access to that system as well as knowledgebase in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment. Will maintain caseload. Non-Business hour On-call responsibilities as scheduled/needed.
BHRS CARE MANAGER (REQ # 317)
Primary job responsibilities include Children’s Behavioral Service Delivery System and access to that system. Will maintain caseload. Non-Business hour On-call responsibilities as scheduled/needed.
Requirements
The Clinical Care Manager position require a Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related field, plus Professional License/Certification required. Minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience; or equivalent combination of education and clinically related work experience. Minimum of one-year experience working with a managed care system and a minimum of one-year experience in the Behavioral Health Service Delivery System. Knowledgebase in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Managed Care Systems. Bilingual and a CAC is strongly preferred.
Please note the BHRS Care Manager position also requires a minimum of one-year experience in Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Service Delivery System and experience with CASSP.
