PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATES / LUXURY BRAND STORE ASSOCIATES
We are currently seeking a passionate Sales/Store Associates to join our team in Short Hills,
NJ.
Longchamp is a growing luxury brand company with boutiques throughout Europe and the USA that carries high-end leather goods, accessories and much, much, more.
We are looking for FULL TIMERS (40 hours per week) AND PART TIMERS (30 hours per week). P/T will mainly be five, 6 hour shifts 12-6, 1-7.

Position Description:
- Generating & maximizing sales.
- Greeting, serving and advising clients with a smile
- Creating & updating client files
- Developing client books
- Following Customer Service Guidelines (i.e. returns, exchanges & loss prevention)
- Working on special projects as required
- Handling register and relevant transactions
- Maintaining the highest standards of general house keeping
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- We seek enthusiastic, reliable, self-starters with at least 5 years experience in luxury retail or have worked in a high-end industry before.
- We want someone who has an interest in fashion or accessories.
- A College Degree in Retail or a related industry is strongly preferred
- Must be able to uphold and project our company image
- This position requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Retail Pro would be a plus!
- Key holder and/or supervisory experience also a PLUS!
