Customer Service Representative

Job Description

• Take inbound calls and provide customer support for a large, managed healthcare company’s members and providers
• Support is in areas such as billing and policy guidelines and benefits for a Managed Healthcare Provide.
• Will answer questions in regards to regulation changes

Minimum Requirements 

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and must be able to type at least 30 wpm
• Preference given to those with a call center background and/or experience in the healthcare industry
• Must be reliable & have had no previous attendance problems
• Must be flexible in your work schedule based on call volume & need
• Some college education, medical billing schooling or any higher education preferred
• Must have longevity in your employment history

Training 
4 week training provided! 

Typical Day

You must be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Breaks

1 hour lunch

Compensation

Hourly Rate is $10/hour
