Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently searching for Customer Service Representatives.  If you enjoy talking with people, resolving issues, and creating remarkable experiences for customers, we may have a position for you!!  Our Customers in  the Dover, NH Area are looking for Customer Service Professionals who have the following skills:

 

  • Experience answering inbound customer service calls in a timely manner
  • Administer customer service, product support, sales and marketing policies
  • Work with colleagues on implementations of new products and services
  • Enter data into internal software application in a timely manner for each transaction
  • Provide general maintenance of customer records
  • Proactively resolve customer issues

 


Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service environment desired

  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills

  • Pleasant speaking voice with good diction

  • High school degree
