Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred
- Three to five years of job related prior experience in Workers’ Compensation and/or General Liability required.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Social Security disability, OSHA and multi state Workers’ Compensation Acts.
- Ability to remain organized, multi-task, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high quality work.
- Skilled in delivering solid customer service and demonstrating a team player perspective.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, research and investigation.
- Ability to work independently and make sound valid judgments
- Ability to interact with others at all levels within the company and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel.
