Job Description 

OUR BUSINESS IS EXPLODING AND WE ARE ADDING an IT STAFFING MANAGER!  This role supports our IT platform.  The successful candidates will interact with client managers to staff projects and identify talent to build a strong candidate database for future positions. The STAFFING MANAGER will be responsible for Account Management and be responsible for full life cycle recruiting from creating demand, developing job descriptions, finding candidates, screening, setting up interviews and making offers to candidates.

DAILY TASKS:

  1. Work with our customer base to identify needs, evaluate human capital solutions, present options to solve their problems.
  2. Evaluate prospective job candidates via thorough interviewing, referencing, and capability testing.
  3. Record candidate profiles into our proprietary database.
  4. Recruit via: job boards, position postings, networking, referral bonuses, and direct solicitation.
  5. Match candidate skill sets to clients needs.
  6. Celebrating success!
 


Job Requirements 

Sales oriented, fast paced environment
Requirements:
  • You should have at least a year of TECHNICAL STAFFING experience, including an understanding of the verbiage, positions, nomenclature in those respective disciplines.
  • You work best in a fast paced environment where you directly interact with hiring managers, contractors, and co-workers.
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communications skills and possess a thorough understanding of internet recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.
  • You are money-motivated, creative in your approaches and you want come to work each day because it is what you love!
  • Must have Bachelor's degree.
