Station Manager
Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is now hiring for a Station Manager at our Seattle location.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a genuine concern for the safe operation of our station, and the safety of our employees and customers. You should be process-oriented, able to multi-task, and energized by a fast-paced work environment.
JOB DUTIES
Responsible for a busy retail facility with an annual expense budget of $175K-$250K. Hire, train, coach, and motivate store employees; create and enforce work schedules; provide payroll reporting; and manage sales, merchandising, and in-store promotions, including inventory and cash management. Must be able to respond to emergency and high-stress situations, including after-hours situations. (A complete job description is available upon request.)
Requirements
SELECTION CRITERIA
· Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
· Proven experience in upholding Company customer service, safety, security, image, and cleanliness standards.
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Previous Back Office System experience (Blue Cube, PDI, or similar).
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous retail experience, especially in a fast-paced team environment interacting with diverse customers, employees, and suppliers. Experience in handling and accounting for cash, other forms of revenue, and inventory.
· Demonstrable planning and analytical capability.
· Must be willing to work different shifts as necessary.
· Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
· Previous convenience store or gas station experience highly desired.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Station Managers must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, such as lifting 20 pounds, long periods of standing and bending, and working in outdoor and in-store cooler environments.
